计算机犯罪是我国刑事犯罪领域的一项全新课题。近年来,随着计算机技术日益深入到社会各个行业和领域之中,计算机犯罪现象开始大量出现,严重危害到社会稳定和人民群众生命财产安全。由于计算机犯罪涉及到的领域非常广泛,许多计算机犯罪案件难以得到及时侦破,计算机犯罪防范制度也难以有效建立起来。因此,加强对计算机犯罪问题的研究已经成为现阶段我国司法机关和学术界的当务之急。
Computer crime is a new topic in the field of criminal offense in our country. In recent years, as computer technology has deepened into various sectors and fields in society, the phenomenon of computer crime has started to appear in large numbers, seriously jeopardizing social stability and people’s lives and property. Because computer crime involves a very wide range of areas, many computer crime cases are difficult to get timely detection, computer crime prevention system is also difficult to effectively established. Therefore, to strengthen the research on the issue of computer crime has become the urgent task of our country’s judicial organs and academics at this stage.
