本文研究了低合金高强钢化学成分(P_(cm),C_(eq))及冷却时间t_3Z5~-对焊接热影响区(HAZ)最大硬度HV_(max)的影响。根据大量的试验数据建立了高强钢焊接硬化因子及其HAZ硬度计算公式。本文还提出了焊接区有效扩散氢[H_e] 及氢扩散因子D_F的计算公式,并建立了计算程序。经实测验证,上述计算公式是可信的。上述两项对研究焊接冷裂纹机理及工程应用均具有重要的意义。
In this paper, the effects of chemical composition (P_ (cm), C_ (eq)) and cooling time t_3Z5 ~ - on the maximum hardness HV_ (max) of HAZ were studied. According to a large number of test data, the hardening hardening factor of high strength steel and the calculation formula of HAZ hardness are established. In this paper, the calculation formulas for effectively diffusing hydrogen [H_e] and hydrogen diffusion factor D_F in the welding area are also proposed and a calculation program is established. The test proved that the above formula is credible. The above two are of great significance to study the mechanism of cold cracking in welding and engineering application.
