对12属103(亚)种299份小麦野生近缘植物的鉴定表明,小麦近缘植物中蕴藏着丰富的抗小麦白粉病材料,所鉴材料中185份为免疫或近免疫,占62%,抗病64份,占21%,感病50份,占17%;部分种的不同材料间抗病性有差异;D组染色体的存在降低了山羊草属中一些种的抗病性;黑麦属由于染色体组中同时含有多个抗白粉病基因,对小麦白粉病菌保持稳定的免疫反应:偃麦草属、旱麦草属、大麦属、赖草属、新麦草属、鹅观草属、薄冰草属中有大量呈免疫反应的材料,是今后小麦远缘杂交抗病育种的重要基础。
