报导了以直流迭加脉冲方波的电源对铝合金作表面处理的技术,并对膜层的物理化学特性及其微观结构作了研究。认为该表面处理方式由于化学键结合的形成和机械嵌合作用的加强,将有利于提高其脏按性能和耐久性。
The technology of surface treatment of aluminum alloy by DC superimposed pulsed square wave power supply was reported and the physicochemical properties and microstructure of the film were studied. It is believed that this surface treatment will be advantageous for improving the performance and durability of dirty parts due to the formation of chemical bond and mechanical chipping.
