目的分析福建省妇幼保健院卫生技术人员结构及分布。方法分析比较2010和2015年各级专业技术人员的学历分布,探讨各层次的变化。结果 2010年医院的研究生占比偏低(高级3.5%,中级11.1%,初级19.4%),高级职称研究生占比也偏低。2015年研究生在各职称中占比均有提高(高级9.1%,中级20.0%,初级17.7%),≤本科比例有所下降(高级14.9%,中级32.6%,初级28.8%)。2010—2015年研究生占比分别为17.9%、15.9%、16.8%、17.0%、16.5%、16.8%,差异无统计学意义;以医师的研究生占比最高。结论 2010—2015年,有效的人力资源政策为人力结构分布带来良性发展,应在未来工作中继续实施,并研究更为有效的人力发展规划和策略。
Objective To analyze the structure and distribution of health technicians in MCH in Fujian Province. Methods Analyze and compare the academic distribution of professional and technical personnel at all levels in 2010 and 2015 and discuss the changes at all levels. Results In 2010, the proportion of postgraduate students in hospitals was low (3.5% in advanced, 11.1% in intermediate and 19.4% in junior), and the proportion of graduate students with senior professional titles was low. In 2015, the proportion of postgraduates in all titles increased (senior 9.1%, intermediate 20.0%, junior 17.7%), and the proportion of undergraduates decreased (senior 14.9%, intermediate 32.6%, junior 28.8%). The proportion of postgraduates from 2010 to 2015 was 17.9%, 15.9%, 16.8%, 17.0%, 16.5% and 16.8% respectively. There was no significant difference among them. The proportion of postgraduates with physicians was the highest. Conclusion From 2010-2015, effective human resources policies have brought sound development to the distribution of manpower structure. They should continue to be implemented in future work and research on more effective manpower development planning and strategies.
