武汉市各厂铸造车间旧砂含泥尘量普遍很高,有的竟达40%,严重影响铸件质量。1964年武汉铸造学会提出设计“旧砂再生工程车”,流动地为各厂再生旧砂服务。为此,我们曾对国内外研究成熟、应用较广的干法再生设备进行了分析比较,均不适合再生工程车要求。最后根据资料介绍的原理,自行设计制造成再生工程车中最关键设备——离心搓撞式旧砂再生器。今年一月开始在武汉柴油机厂铸造车间安装作生产试验,实践表明,效果良好,能节约新砂用量60%以上。
Wuhan factory foundry sand containing mud volume is generally high, some as high as 40%, seriously affecting the quality of castings. In 1964, Wuhan Foundry Society proposed the design of “Old Sand Recycling Construction Vehicles” to serve the old sand regeneration of each factory. Therefore, we have analyzed and compared the mature and widely used dry-process regeneration equipment at home and abroad, and are not suitable for the requirements of regenerative engineering vehicles. Finally, according to the principle of data introduction, self-designed and manufactured into the most crucial equipment in the recycling truck - centrifugal friction type sand regenerator. In January this year, Wuhan Diesel Engine Factory began casting workshop installation for production test, the practice shows that the effect is good, can save more than 60% of the new sand.
