课堂教学是人的教学。人是活泼的,开放的,差异的,师生的一个闪念,一个举动,一个忘形,都可能增加教学中的非预期因素,这些“即兴创造”的意外事件会不同程度地影响教学进程。作为教师应敏锐捕捉富有生命气息的生成资源,反思教学行为,及时予以调整,营造动态生成的课堂教学。只有这样,师生才能释放出生命的活力,闪耀出智慧的光芒,飞扬起自主的个性。课堂也就必然散发出生命的灵性与无穷的魅力,才会精彩不断,异彩纷呈。案例一:在对话中生成的思维火花
