Written language develops on the basis of a spoken language, occurs only after it is produced, and not all peoples have written language. Therefore, a nation’s spoken language has the corresponding written language Full of unnecessary conditions, that is, oral English is primary, written language is secondary. People can only hear people of the same age, can not hear the people of an earlier period speak. However, people can not only read the contemporary written language, but also can read the written language in the early period and imitate written written articles in a period of time. Therefore, words and sentences disappearing in oral English often remain in written language. When the conservative power of written language is particularly strong, the disconnect between written language and oral English often occurs.
