在200℃高温下热引发制备了邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)预聚液。与过氧化物引发剂制备的预聚液相比,该预聚液单体转化率、黏度及预聚体分子量更高,分子量分布更窄,碘值几乎不变。另外,预聚液能在室温下长期贮存,黏度符合Arrhenius规律,流动活化能为46.05 kJ/mol。该预聚液具有更佳的工艺性能,可适于手糊及真空辅助成型工艺制作玻璃钢(FRP)。与过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂制备的预聚液相比,利用该预聚液制作的玻璃钢具有更优异的力学性能。
Thermal Initiation of Diallyl Phthalate (DAP) Prepolymer at 200 ℃. Compared with the prepolymer prepared by peroxide initiator, the prepolymer has higher conversion, viscosity and prepolymer molecular weight, narrower molecular weight distribution and almost no change in iodine value. In addition, the prepolymer can be stored at room temperature for a long time and its viscosity accords with Arrhenius law. The flow activation energy is 46.05 kJ / mol. The prepolymer has better process performance, suitable for hand lay-up and vacuum assisted molding process FRP. Compared with the prepolymer prepared by using dibenzoyl peroxide as initiator, the FRP made by using this prepolymer has more excellent mechanical properties.
