为了解南昌市儿童体内铅、砷、镉含量的分布情况及其影响因素,于2014年采集南昌市近郊3所小学8~10岁共176名儿童的静脉血,采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定儿童全血中铅、砷、镉、钙、铁、锌、锰、硒、铜的含量。结果显示,儿童血铅的中位数为47.00μg/L(范围:1.75~253.00μg/L),铅中毒(≥100μg/L)率为17.61%;血砷的中位数为6.30μg/L(范围:1.20~390.33μg/L);血镉检出11人(检出限为0.009 5μg/L),中位数为3.77μg/L(范围:2.39~19.04μg/L),有3例儿童超标(>5μg/L)。男童血铅含量高于女童(P=0.028),男女童血砷、血镉含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经多重线性逐步回归分析显示,儿童血铅与血砷呈正相关,与血锰呈负相关;儿童血砷与家庭经济水平呈负相关。提示被调查地区儿童存在血铅、血镉超标现象,元素之间的相互关系也应受到关注。
In order to understand the distribution of lead, arsenic and cadmium in children in Nanchang and its influencing factors, blood samples of 176 children aged 8 ~ 10 in 3 primary schools in Nanchang were collected in 2014. The ICP-ICP-MS (ICP -MS) to determine the content of lead, arsenic, cadmium, calcium, iron, zinc, manganese, selenium and copper in children’s whole blood. The results showed that the median blood lead level in children was 47.00 μg / L (range: 1.75-253.00 μg / L), lead poisoning (≥100 μg / L) was 17.61%, and the median blood arsenic was 6.30 μg / L (Range: 1.20 ~ 390.33μg / L). There were 11 blood samples (the detection limit was 0.009 5μg / L) with a median of 3.77μg / L (range: 2.39 ~ 19.04μg / L) Children exceed the standard (> 5μg / L). Blood lead levels in boys were higher than those in girls (P = 0.028). There was no significant difference in blood arsenic and blood cadmium between boys and girls (P> 0.05). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that children’s blood lead was positively correlated with blood arsenic, negatively correlated with blood manganese, and children’s blood arsenic was negatively correlated with the family’s economic level. It is suggested that children in the surveyed area have blood lead and blood cadmium exceeding the standard, and the interrelationship between elements should also be concerned.
