在冲压生产中,影响生产成本最大的是材料利用率,原因就在于材料支出占整个生产成本的75%之多。本文将介绍一种新的计算方法用于实现双工件在冲压排样设计中的最佳规划方法,以便提高材料利用率。使用这种计算方法,可以预示带料中结构废料的位置及形状,以及工艺废料的位置和最佳宽度。例如将两个相同的工件中的其中一个旋转180,或是将两个不同的工件嵌套在一起。这种计算方法适合与冲模设计CAE系统结合使用。
In the stamping production, the material cost is the most important factor that affects the production cost. The reason is that the material cost accounts for more than 75% of the total production cost. This article will introduce a new calculation method for achieving the best planning of double workpieces in stamping design to improve material utilization. Using this method of calculation, the position and shape of the structure waste in the strip can be predicted as well as the location and optimum width of the process waste. Such as rotating 180 one of two identical workpieces, or nesting two different workpieces together. This method of calculation is suitable for use with Die Design CAE systems.
