针对某型柴油机主油道褶皱缺陷进行了原因分析和因素排查。通过结构及热力学分析和相关试验确定了缺陷形成的关键要素。经对浇注温度、管子壁厚及填砂等工艺进行优化和调整,经生产验证消除了油道褶皱缺陷。
Aiming at the main crude line defects of a diesel engine, the reason analysis and factor investigation were carried out. Through structural and thermodynamic analysis and related tests, the key elements of defect formation were determined. After pouring temperature, pipe wall thickness and sand filling and other processes to optimize and adjust, the production proved to eliminate the oil groove fold defects.
