本文采用萃取柱色层法进行铂、钯、铑、铱相互分离的试验研究工作。在固定相为N_(263)-聚三氟氯乙烯的色层柱上进行了一系列淋洗条件试验。试验结果表明在一定盐酸浓度时,Rh~(3+)不被固定相吸附,直接流出柱外,被吸附在柱上的Pt~(4+)、Pd~(2+)、Ir~(4+)可用一定浓度的抗坏血酸酸性溶液还原淋洗Ir~(4+),再用不同浓度的硫脲酸性溶液分别淋洗Pd~(2+)和Pt~(4+)。使在含Pt、Pd、Rh、Ir混合物的盐酸溶液中实现了此四元素的相互分离。并曾利用此法从含少量Pt、Pd、Ir的富铑液中分离提取铑,制得了高纯铑粉,铑的纯度≥99.95%。
In this paper, the extraction column chromatography method for platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium mutual separation of experimental research work. And this method has been used from a small amount of Pt, Pd, Ir rhodium-rich liquid separation and extraction of rhodium, high purity rhodium powder, rhodium purity ≥ 99.95%.
