为了客观评价我国心血管内科学期刊的现状和办刊水平,以2002年版至2005年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》为依据,采用科技期刊学术影响力的动态评估模型,对4年间14种心血管内科学统计源期刊论文的7项评价指标,包括总被引频次、影响因子、即年指标、他引率、来源文献量、国际论文比和基金论文比进行了比较。结果发现心血管内科学期刊数量多、规模大、学术影响力(总被引频次、影响因子)显著高于全国统计源期刊平均水平,但即年指标、国际论文比,尤其是基金论文比普遍较低。分析了具有代表性期刊的优势和不足,其中《中华心血管病杂志》的各项指标均高于平均水平,尤其是总被引频次和影响因子,更是平均水平的3～5倍,而且该刊的他引率为0.95。提出了明确形势,准确定位,找准发展方向和明确差距,找到不足,克难而进等提高心血管内科学期刊办刊质量的意见和建议。
In order to objectively evaluate the status quo and the level of running of the journal of cardiovascular science in our country, the dynamic assessment model of the academic influence of sci-tech periodicals was established on the basis of the 2002-2005 edition of the Citation Report of Chinese Sci-tech Journals, Statistical indicators of the seven periodical papers evaluation index, including the total number of cites, impact factors, that is, annual index, his cited rate, the amount of source literature, international papers and fund papers compared. The results showed that there were a large number of large-scale and influential academic journals in cardiovascular medicine (the total frequency of citing and influencing factors) were significantly higher than the average level of the national statistical source journals, but the annual indicators, international papers, especially fund papers were more common low. Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the representative periodicals, of which the indicators of the Journal of Cardiovascular Diseases in China are above average, in particular, the total number of cites and impact factors is even 3 to 5 times the average level, and He cited the magazine cited rate of 0.95. Put forward the opinions and suggestions on how to improve the quality of periodicals in cardiovascular medicine by defining the situation, accurately locating, identifying the development direction and clarifying the gaps, finding deficiencies and making things difficult.
