本文建立了复方盐酸达克罗宁霜的质控方法，探讨了用一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸达克罗宁含量，平均回收率１０１．７％，ＲＳＤ＝０．８０％。并用ＨＰＬＣ法测方中醋酸曲安奈德含量，平均回收率１０１．７％，ＲＳＤ＝１．０％。
In this paper, a method for quality control of compound droneduin cream was established. The content of dacronine hydrochloride was determined by first order derivative spectrometry with an average recovery of 101.7% and a RSD of 0.80%. The content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was measured by HPLC. The average recoveries were 101.7% and RSD = 1.0%.
