目的掌握盐田口岸蚊类分布情况并为蚊媒病监测和防治工作提供依据。方法从2012年3月—2013年2月,采用二氧化碳诱捕法、集卵器法对盐田口岸进行了成蚊与蚊幼虫的监测。结果盐田口岸捕获成蚊94只,隶属1亚科2属3种;3~10月成蚊数较高,整个活动期呈多峰型。以致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占成蚊总数的67.02%;蚊幼虫均为白纹伊蚊,年平均集卵器指数为7.60,以9~10月份最高。结论随着码头进出境交通工具、集装箱和货物量越来越多,应加强对口岸蚊类的监测和防制工作。
Objective To understand the distribution of mosquitoes in Yantian Port and provide basis for mosquito-borne disease surveillance and control. Methods From March 2012 to February 2013, the mosquito and mosquito larvae were monitored in Yantian Port by carbon dioxide trapping method and ovipositor method. Results There were 94 adult mosquitoes captured in Yantian Port, belonging to 1 genera, 2 genera and 3 species. The number of adult mosquitoes from March to October was higher and the whole activity period was multimodal. As a result, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the dominant mosquito species, accounting for 67.02% of the total mosquitoes. Mosquito larvae were all Aedes albopictus with annual average ovipositor index of 7.60, the highest in September-October. Conclusions With the increasing number of containers and cargoes entering and exiting the port, monitoring and control of mosquitoes at ports should be strengthened.
