党的十一届三中全会以来,我国农民教育取得了引入注目的成绩,但就总体而言,仍处在低层次、低水平、低效益的运行状态,很不适应农村两个文明建设的需要。究其原因,一个重要方面就是忽略了农民教育的区域性,造成农民教育缺乏针对性和应有的活力。因此,要大力发展农民教育,必须注重体现农民教育的区域性特点。

However, as a whole, it is still in a low-level, low-level and inefficient operation and does not suit the two civilizations in rural areas need.
