目的了解青少年学生亚健康状态和烟酒使用的发生情况,探讨亚健康与烟酒使用的相关性。方法选取哈尔滨、北京、太原、重庆、贵阳、鄂州、绍兴、广州8座城市,每座城市城乡初中(初一、初二)、城乡高中(高一、高二)及大学(大一、大二)各一所,采用方便抽样的方法,从每个年级抽取2个班级,共17 622名学生为研究对象,进行问卷调查。调查内容主要包括《青少年亚健康多维评定问卷》和1个月内烟酒使用情况。结果男生躯体、心理及身心亚健康相关症状的检出率分别为18.8%,27.1%,36.6%,女生为17.2%,25.7%,34.1%,男生均高于女生。近1个月青少年学生吸烟、饮酒及醉酒的检出率分别为6.8%,13.7%,1.7%,男生均高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。男、女生烟酒使用的检出率都随着躯体、心理和身心亚健康症状数的增加而增加,组间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论青少年亚健康状态和烟酒使用问题存在统计学关联。筛查亚健康症状或亚健康状态对青少年烟酒使用的防制有积极作用。
Objective To understand the sub-health status of young students and the use of tobacco and alcohol, to explore the sub-health and the use of tobacco and alcohol. Methods Eight cities including Harbin, Beijing, Taiyuan, Chongqing, Guiyang, Ezhou, Shaoxing and Guangzhou were selected. Each urban and rural junior high school (first and second day), urban and rural high school (second year) and university ), A sample of 17 622 students was selected from each grade for two classes by means of a convenient sampling method. Questionnaires were conducted. Survey mainly includes “multi-dimensional assessment of sub-health adolescents questionnaire” and 1 month of tobacco use. Results The prevalence rates of physical, psychological, and sub-health related physical and mental health were 18.8%, 27.1% and 36.6% respectively in boys and 17.2%, 25.7% and 34.1% in girls, respectively. The prevalence of smoking, drinking and drunkenness among young students in the recent 1 month was 6.8%, 13.7% and 1.7%, respectively, and boys were higher than girls. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). The detection rate of smoking and drinking of both boys and girls increased with the increase of somatic, psychological and physical and psychological subhealthy symptoms, and the differences among the groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a statistical relationship between the sub-health status of adolescents and the use of tobacco and alcohol. Screening sub-health symptoms or sub-health status of alcohol and tobacco prevention and control of young people have a positive effect.
