杏梅,又称杏李,属蔷微科李属植物,是杏与李的杂交种。杏梅为落叶小乔木,树高7米左右,树冠头形,大枝开张,树势中庸,耐一定的修剪。春分开花,花期8~12天,果实6月下旬成熟。成熟的果实呈圆形、金黄色、果肉松软多汁,别具风味。单果重40克左右,栽培条件好的可达60克。杏梅果实营养全面,含量丰富。鲜果含折光糖18.2%,蔗糖4.8%,均高于杏的含量。Vc含量为每100克12.54毫克,高出杏、李的3~4倍。另外还含有大量的Vb、Ve以及人体所需要的
