随着科学技术和工业的不断发展,工程結构件和机械设备所承受的载荷也在不断增加。为此,世界各国都在大力研究发展低合金高强度鋼,出現了一些屈服强度高达65~70公斤╱毫米~2、抗拉强度80~100公斤╱毫米~2的钢材。同时,也研究和发展了高强度焊条,以促进高强度钢在生产中的使用和进一步发展。几年来,我所結合国家资源和生产条件,先后研究成功屈服强度为70公斤╱毫米~2的14CrMnMoB和14CrMnMoVB高强度鋼,并試制成功工艺性能滿意、机械性能符合要求的CHT-17高强度焊条。經过两次生产和高压容器的焊接与爆破試驗,质量良好。現将这种焊条的性能和试验结果简介如下。
