作者进行了13例有眼外伤合并症的玻璃体切除术。包括开放性眼球损伤6例、眼内异物4例、眼球顿挫伤3例。术后54%(7例)视力得到恢复。合并症有3例发生视网膜脱离,1例形成视网膜裂孔,2例复位成功。介绍了对眼外伤处置欠妥当的病例:1例双穿孔,超声波诊断为球后异物,期望玻璃体混浊能自然吸收。但从异物穿孔部位长入了纤维血管组织。另1例眼球穿孔伤,因眼压正常,玻璃体混浊有吸收的趋向,而进行观察。结果迅速的出现了眼压下降,发生了视网膜脱离。在手术中发现穿孔部位嵌留有玻璃片。因此仔细检查穿孔部位,应当早期恰当地处
The authors conducted a total of 13 cases of ocular trauma complications of vitrectomy. Including open eye injury in 6 cases, intraocular foreign body in 4 cases, 3 cases of eyeball contusion. Postoperative visual acuity recovered in 54% (7 cases). 3 cases of complications of retinal detachment occurred, 1 case of retinal tears, 2 cases of successful reset.
