目的:观察美宝胃肠胶囊对各种胃肠粘膜病变的再生修复作用。方法:选择临床上有上消化道症状的病人,经内镜检查为溃疡病、糜烂性胃炎、反流性食管炎、幽门螺杆菌阳性为入选病例。随机分成两组, A组为单独使用美宝胃肠胶囊,B组为常规治疗药物,治疗四周后观察结果。两组在研究前均进行相同的根除幽门螺杆菌和抗酸治疗。结果:A组中治愈28例,好转2例,治愈率93．3％;B组中治愈27例,好转3例,治愈率90．0％。两组间无显著差异。结论:美宝胃肠胶囊对溃疡及糜烂等粘膜病变有明显的临床效果,效果与药物相当。
Objective: To observe the effect of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule on the regeneration and repair of various gastrointestinal mucosal lesions. Methods: Patients with clinically upper gastrointestinal symptoms were enrolled in this study. The results of endoscopy were ulcer disease, erosive gastritis, reflux esophagitis and Helicobacter pylori positive cases. Randomly divided into two groups, A group for the sole use of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsules, B group for the conventional treatment of drugs, the treatment of four weeks after the observation. Both groups conducted the same eradication of Helicobacter pylori and antacid therapy prior to the study. Results: In group A, 28 cases were cured and 2 cases improved. The cure rate was 93.3%. In group B, 27 cases were cured and 3 cases improved. The cure rate was 90.0%. No significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule has obvious clinical effect on mucosal lesions such as ulcer and erosion, with the same effect as drugs.
