The radiological findings of some patients with HIV-positive bronchogenic carcinoma may be similar or accompanied by inflammatory changes. To provide effective differential diagnosis information, the authors performed chest radiographs and CT scans on 30 patients with confirmed bronchial lung cancer and HIV-positive patients. Radiological findings were correlated with the presence or absence of opportunistic infections in the chest. Among the 30 cases of HIV positive lung cancer, 14 cases (47%) were found to be accompanied by AIDS, with one exception being all men. Age 32 to 66 years old. The vast majority (90%) had a history of sucking. Of the 30 patients, 18 (60%) had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis, Pneumocystis carinii, or both. The size and location of the tumor, the pleural changes in the enlarged lymph nodes, and the pulmonary infiltrates found in 27 cases of X-rays and 25 cases of CT images were retrospectively analyzed.
