Trace elements rich in wine, and the content is susceptible to origin, brewing, processing and other factors. Excessive presence of certain elements, such as iron, manganese and copper, will not only reduce the quality of the wine, but also harm the health. Common elemental analysis methods require sample pretreatment to remove interference from organic substrates such as wet and dry digestion.
