本文对72例全身抽搐发作的患者且24小时脑电图监测期间有临床发作的动态脑电图(AEEG)进行分析,年龄1个月~62岁,其中1个月~14岁67例,结果显示:在临床发作状态下,AEEG均显示确性放电,且有五种波形。其中42例仅在临床发作时有痫性放电,而发作间歇期背景活动均正常。根据临床及AEEG波形特点,确诊阵挛性发作38例,强直一阵挛性发作13例,复杂性部分性发作13例,局限性发作泛化7例,强直发作1例。我们的研究结果表明AEEG监测可提高全身性抽搐发作病人的病确诊断率,有利于病痛的临床分型及治疗,并可协助提出进一步的病因学检查。
In this paper, 72 patients with generalized convulsive seizures and dynamic electroencephalography (AEEG) with clinical seizures during the 24-hour EEG monitoring were analyzed, ranging in age from 1 month to 62 years, with 1 month to 14 years of age and 67 cases. Results It shows that in the clinical state of onset, the AEEG shows a positive discharge with five waveforms. Of these, 42 had seizures only during clinical seizures, while background activity was normal during seizures. According to the characteristics of clinical and AEEG waveform, 38 cases of clonic seizures, 13 cases of tonic-clonic seizures, 13 cases of complex partial seizures, 7 cases of localized seizures and 1 case of tonic seizure were identified. Our results show that AEEG monitoring can improve the diagnosis of patients with generalized convulsions, contribute to the clinical classification and treatment of pain, and assist in the development of further etiological tests.
