双黄连注射液为金银花、黄芩、连翘等经科学提取制成的灭菌水溶液，具有抗菌、消炎，清热、解毒作用。该药在临床运用中可出现皮肤潮红、瘙痒、皮疹、胸闷、心悸等不良反应，但致外阴瘙痒笔者未见报道。现将笔者所遇的１例报告如下。女，３５岁。因咳嗽、咯痰３日于１９９９年
