1 编制原则1.1 《放射性矿产地质分析测试实验室质量保证规范》(简称《规范》)的编写等效采用EJ/T751—92《核工业理化分析实验室制定质量保证大纲导则》。该导则在概念上、结构上及内容上严谨齐全,对《规范》的编写具有指导意义。1.2 集中反映核工业地质的分析测试技术水平,体现行业特点;总结核地质创业以来在分析测试质量管理方面的成功经验;贯穿全面质量管理和计量法规意识,是编写《规范》的基本思想。1.3 考虑到地质分析测试工作的特殊性和复杂性,一般采用商定误差,即根据委托方的需要与可能,分析测试经验的积累,现有分析测试方法平均质量和现实条件等,对分析数据商定一套双方可以允许接受的误差控制限,这是制定质量标准的依据。
