丁校长从事语文教学50多年。她倡导与推动语文乐学教学,锐意探索小学乐学教育实践与管理,凝聚成“没有乐学就没有幸福的童年,没有乐学就没有真正的教育”的思想,取得了突出的成效。她广泛传播乐学教育思想,从无锡走向全国,从国内走向国外。
Ding principals engaged in language teaching for more than 50 years. She advocated and promoted the teaching of Chinese musicology, determined to explore the practice and management of primary school music education, and condensed into the thought of “having no happiness without childhood and no real education without learning” and achieved outstanding results . She widely spread music education ideas, from Wuxi to the country, from domestic to abroad.
