In order to test the anti-urogenital activity of Chlamydia trachomatis in vitro. We applied micro-McCoy cell culture method to detect the anti-Chlamydia activity of 14 kinds of heat-clearing Chinese medicinal materials such as honeysuckle. The results showed that honeysuckle and other 14-flavored Chinese herbal medicines all have different degrees of anti-urogenital activity against Chlamydia trachomatis. Their MICS values ranged from 049 to 3130 mgml.
