本文提出了以新合成的试剂N-烯丙基-N'-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(ASATu)为显色剂,光度法测定微量铜的新方法。在pH4.0的弱酸性溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)与ASATu形成配合物的最大吸收波长为3乙4nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(334)=3.42×10 ̄4。铜量在10~70μg/25ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999。铜(Ⅱ)和ASATu配合物的组成比为1∶3。常见离子除Fe ̄(3+)、Ag ̄+、S ̄(2-)外,均无干扰。该法简单、灵敏度高,选择性好。对合成样品、食品及生物试样的分析和回收实验,均获得满意的结果。
In this paper, a new method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper with newly synthesized reagent N-allyl-N ’- (sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea (ASATu) as chromogenic reagent was proposed. The maximum absorption wavelength of Cu (Ⅱ) complex with ASATu was 3 B 4 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (334) = 3.42 × 10 ~ 4 in weak acid solution at pH 4.0. The amount of copper in the range of 10 ~ 70μg / 25ml showed a linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999. The composition ratio of copper (II) and ASATu complex is 1: 3. Common ions except Fe ~ (3 +), Ag ~ +, S ~ (2-), no interference. The method is simple, high sensitivity, good selectivity. The synthesis of samples, food and biological samples of the analysis and recovery experiments, have obtained satisfactory results.
