目的分析不同程度溶血对时间分辨免疫荧光分析法检测胰岛素结果的影响。方法选择健康成年体检者未发生溶血的300例血液标本,利用低渗溶血法分别制备出不同程度溶血标本,其中:轻度溶血100例、中度溶血100例、重度溶血标本100例;均采用时间分辨免疫荧光分析法对以上三组不同程度溶血标本分别检测其溶血前后的血清胰岛素水平;并进行组间对比分析。结果各组未溶血前检测结果与轻、中、重度溶血后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且轻、中、重度溶血标本间血清胰岛素水平检测结果比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶血对临床测定血清胰岛素水平具有较明显的影响,因此,在进行临床血清胰岛素水平检测时须尽量避免溶血现象发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of different degrees of hemolysis on insulin test by time-resolved immunofluorescence assay. Methods Blood samples were collected from 300 healthy adults who did not hemolysis. The hemolytic samples were prepared by hypotonic hemolysis method, including 100 cases of mild hemolysis, 100 cases of moderate hemolysis and 100 cases of severe hemolysis. Time-resolved immunofluorescence analysis of the above three groups of different levels of hemolysis specimens were measured before and after the hemolysis of serum insulin levels; and comparative analysis between groups. Results The results of non-hemolysis before and after hemolysis in each group were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the results of serum insulin in mild, moderate and severe hemolysis samples were compared, the differences were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis has a significant effect on the determination of serum insulin in clinical practice. Therefore, hemolysis should be avoided as far as possible during the detection of clinical serum insulin.
