以提高高职工程测量专业学生顶岗实习质量为主线,结合专业实践和职业发展,从构建校企专兼结合的专业化师资队伍入手,探索实践校企“双导师”协调管理和指导顶岗实习模式,帮助学生尽快融入企业的工作环境和文化氛围,提升岗位综合职业能力。该模式的实施,将有助于推动深化校企合作,有助于检验教学效果,有助于实现“产、学、研”的有机结合,促进工程测量专业学生高质量就业,有效实现学校、学生、企业三方共赢。
