[目的] 探讨纳米碳示踪剂在甲状腺癌根治术中的应用效果.[方法] 本院120例甲状腺癌根治术患者随机分为纳米碳组与常规组,每组60例.常规组按传统方式直接行甲状腺癌根治术+双侧中央区淋巴结清扫.纳米碳组术前注射纳米碳混悬注射液,充分显影后行同样手术,比较两组手术情况与效果.[结果] 纳米碳组淋巴结清扫数、术后甲状旁腺素、血钙分别为(8.19±1.77)个、(23.43±7.52)ng/L、(2.25±0.33)mmol/L,显著高于常规组的(5.38±1.92)个、(16.56±6.38)ng/L、(1.92±0.24)mmol/L,且差异有显著性(P<0.05).纳米碳组甲状旁腺误切率、术后并发症发生率分别为8.3%、16.7%,显著低于常规组的21.7%、36.7%(P<0.05).[结论] 纳米碳示踪剂具有起效快、安全性高、滞留时间长等优点,可以提高淋巴结清扫效果,对甲状旁腺具有良好辨别效果与保护作用.“,”[Objective]To study the effect of nano-carbon tracer on radical operation of thyroid cancer.[Methods]A total of 120 patients underwent radical operation of thyroid cancer in our hospital were selected as study subjects and were divided into the nano-carbon group and the routine group, 60 cases in each group.The routine group were treated with traditional radical operation of thyroid cancer and bilateral central lymph node dissection.The nano-carbon group were injected with Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection before operation, after the full development, the same operation was performed.The operation situation and effect of the two groups were compared.[Results]The number of dissected lymph nodes, levels of postoperative serum parathyroid hormone and blood calcium in the nano-carbon group [(8.19±1.77), (23.43±7.52) ng/L, (2.25±0.33) mmol/L]were significantly higher than those in the routine group [(5.38±1.92), (16.56±6.38) ng/L, (1.92±0.24) mmol/L], the difference was significant (P<0.05).The rate of remove parathyroid gland mistakenly and the incidence of postoperative complications in the nano-carbon group (8.3%, 16.7%) were significantly lower than those in the routine group (21.7%, 36.7%) (P<0.05).[Conclusion]Nano-carbon tracer has the advantages of rapid onset, high safety and long residence time, which can improve the effect of lymph node dissection, and has good identification and protective effect on parathyroid glands.
