利用土培根箱装置,研究了0、20和40 mg·L~(-1)壳聚糖处理对广东南雄牛肝土、砂泥田土和紫色土中烟草根系生长随时间的变化。结果表明:根箱装置适用于观测3种植烟土壤中的根系动态生长;通过根箱观察面,发现壳聚糖处理显著增加了3种土壤中烟草根系的根长和根数,并且根长与根数的关系呈正相关;其中,在牛肝土和紫色土上,40 mg·L~(-1)壳聚糖处理效果较好,该处理提高了牛肝土上20~30和50~60 cm土层的总根长,以及紫色土上0~10和20~60 cm土层的总根长;而在砂泥田土上,20 mg·L~(-1)壳聚糖处理效果更优,该处理促进了10~40 cm土层根系的伸长;烟草在移栽后第24天,在20和40 mg·L~(-1)壳聚糖处理下,根长伸长率和根数增长率均出现了一个高峰,且显著高于对照处理。研究证明,壳聚糖对土壤栽培烟草根系生长具有促进作用。
The effects of 0, 20 and 40 mg · L -1 chitosan treatments on the root growth of tobacco in Nanyang cattle, soil and purple soil in Guangdong were studied by using a soil culture apparatus.
