中枢神经细胞瘤(central neurocytoma)为Hassoun等1982年首先报告。本病常见于年轻人,肿瘤多发于 侧脑室或第三脑室,临床表现为阻塞性脑积水所致颅内压增高症状。现报告1例临床以脑室出血发作为特征的中枢神经细胞瘤。 Central neurocytoma was first reported by Hassoun et al. In 1982. The disease common in young people, tumors occur in the lateral ventricle or third ventricle, clinical manifestations of increased intracranial pressure due to obstructive hydrocephalus symptoms. Now report 1 case of clinical onset of ventricular hemorrhage as the central nerve cell tumor.
