目的:探讨共轭亚油酸(CLA)同分异构体对大鼠体重、肝重量、肝脂肪量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血结合球蛋白和肝脂肪酸组成的影响。方法:将大鼠分为对照组和治疗组,分别接受无CLA饮食(fa/fa control)和0.4%CLA同分异构体饮食(fa/fa 9,11CLA、fa/fa 10,12CLA)治疗8周。搜集大鼠肝组织后,测定肝重量、肝脂肪量;检测治疗前后大鼠的体重和血清TC、TG和结合球蛋白;用气象色谱法分析肝的脂肪酸成分。结果:治疗组大鼠中fa/fa 10,12 CLA组在摄食量、体重、肝重量、结合球蛋白与fa/fa 9,11CLA组和对照组比较无显著性差异;与fa/fa 9,11 CLA组比,fa/fa 10,12 CLA组TC明显升高(P<0.05)。与fa/fa 9,11CLA组和对照组比,fa/fa 10,12 CLA组TG明显升高(P<0.05),显著降低肝脂肪量(P<0.01);肝中各脂肪酸的变化:fa/fa 10,12CLA组与对照组比C18:0水平升高(P<0.05),与fa/fa 9,11CLA组和对照组组比,C18:1n9水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:t10,c12 CLA能明显升高血TG水平,显著降低肝脂肪量和脂肪酸中的C18:1n9水平,对脂肪肝有缓解作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of CLA conjugated isomers on body weight, liver weight, hepatic fat mass, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), hemoglobin and hepatic fatty acid Impact. Methods: The rats were divided into control group and treatment group, which were treated with fa / fa control and 0.4% CLA isoforms respectively (fa / fa 9, 11CLA, fa / fa 10 and 12CLA) 8 weeks. After liver tissue was collected, the liver weight and liver fat mass were measured. The body weight, serum TC, TG and binding globulin of the rats before and after treatment were measured. The fatty acids in the liver were analyzed by gas chromatography. Results: The fa / fa 10,12 CLA group showed no significant difference in food intake, body weight, liver weight, binding globulin and fa / fa 9, 11CLA group and control group; 11 CLA group, TC of fa / fa 10,12 CLA group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Compared with fa / fa 9, 11CLA group, TG in fa / fa 10,12 CLA group was significantly increased (P <0.05), and hepatic fat mass was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Changes in fatty acids in liver were: fa / fa10,12CLA group than the control group C18: 0 level increased (P <0.05), and fa / fa 9,11CLA group and control group, C18: 1n9 level decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: t10 and c12 CLA can significantly increase blood TG levels, significantly reduce the amount of hepatic fat and C18: 1 n9 in fatty acids, and have a relieving effect on fatty liver.
