2013年4月20日上午8时零2分,随着雅安市芦山县地下深处的沉闷咆哮,一场7.0级的地震又一次在四川省发生。地震发生后,习近平总书记马上就抗震救灾作出重要指示。受党中央和习近平总书记的委托,国务院总理李克强当日抵达灾区指导抗震救灾工作。芦山,挺住!出发!出发!灾区就是战场。根据中央军委和四总部的部署,全军各任务部队迅疾展开救援行动。成都军区抗震救灾联合指挥部指挥长——军区司令员李世明、军区政委朱福熙在第一时间进入作战中心,先后乘直升机飞赴芦山。
