对以庚醛与丙二酸为原料合成γ-壬内酯的工艺进行了改进。采用多乙烯多氨基乙基膦酸钡载体,载体用5%KOH处理后,用金属钾处理得固体强碱。首次将有机膦酸钡负载的固体强碱用于γ-壬内酯的合成。对催化剂用量、反应物的量比、反应温度的影响进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺条件。n(庚醛):n(丙二酸)=1.0:1.2,催化剂用量为庚醛质量的5%,反应近终点时在(170±2℃)再保温反应2.5h,γ-壬内酯收率可达82%以上。该催化剂具有较高的催化活性,易于再生,可重复使用五次以上,是一种环境友好的催化剂。
The synthesis of γ-nonalactone from heptanal and malonic acid was improved. Adopting multi-ethylene polyaminoethyl phosphonic acid barium carrier, the carrier is treated with 5% KOH and treated with metallic potassium to obtain solid strong base. For the first time, organic strong bases supported by barium organic phosphonate were used for the synthesis of γ-nonalactone. The effects of catalyst dosage, reactant ratio and reaction temperature were studied, and the optimum technological conditions were determined. n (heptanal): n (malonic acid) = 1.0: 1.2, the amount of catalyst is 5% of the mass of heptanal, the reaction near the end of (170 ± 2 ℃) Rate up to 82% or more. The catalyst has high catalytic activity, is easy to regenerate, can be reused for more than five times, and is an environment-friendly catalyst.
