随着海洋石油事业的不断发展壮大,越来越多的承包商参与到了海上油田设施的建设中。海上油田设施的维修、维护和改造工作中的大部分施工业务是由承包商完成的。为了保障海洋石油的安全开采和作业人员的人身安全,中国海洋石油总公司高度重视对承包商的安全管理工作,从制度建设和现场管理角度都提出了较高的要求。本文通过分析承包商普遍存在的问题,介绍了中海油对承包商现场安全管理的成功经验与方法。 As the offshore oil business continues to grow and develop, more and more contractors are involved in the construction of offshore oilfield facilities. Most of the construction work in the repair, maintenance and retrofitting of offshore oilfield facilities is done by contractors. In order to protect the safety of offshore oil exploration and the personal safety of operators, CNOOC attaches great importance to the safety management of contractors and put forward higher requirements both in terms of system construction and site management. This paper introduces the successful experiences and methods of CNOOC on site contractor’s safety management by analyzing the common problems of contractors.
