近几年来,在黄河下游的引黄灌溉工程中,沉沙池的设置不仅用于“沉沙”,以便留粗排细,减少渠系淤积,防止输水河道淤塞;而且用于发展生产,结合放淤改土,改良砂荒盐碱,“淤临”、“淤背”加固黄河大堤等,发挥了综合利用的效益。本文根据这一实践经验和指导思想,就如何搞好沉沙池的规划和设计作一简要的概述。
