招标是作为一种市场交易方式的最优选择应运而生的,一个成功的招标项目往往意味着采购业主在时间、投资金额及精力上的大大节省,同时也会为投标人减少销售环节中的人财物力消耗。近几年,特别是2000年1月1日《中华人民共和国招标投标法》实施以来,我国的机电产品招标事业有了长足的发展。这类招标项目的操作模式通常是招标代理机构接受业主的委托,用招标方式组织采购活动;投标人按照招标文件的要求提供产品参加投标,在激烈的竞争中,以优越的性能、良好的质量、优惠的价格赢得评标委员会和采购业主的信任,从而中标。在一个招标项目中,参与投标的厂商众多,而中标人往往只有一个。投标人为了中标,必然要做出各种努力,这是可以理解的。但其中部分投标人的某些作法不但没能给自己加分,反而引起了采购业主和招标代理机构的反感,破坏了投标企业的形象,起到了适得其反的效果,得不偿失。那么机电产品招标项目中投标人应避免的作法有哪些呢?本文试作一简单的分析:
