目的:利用信息化技术建立医院药学人员绩效考核体系,以提高药学部门的管理水平和药学服务质量。方法:软件采用分布式嵌入设计,在基础数据处理开发平台的基础上,各模块之间独立加栽到开发平台中,互不强耦合,建立一个高度可扩展性、稳定性和安全性的绩效考核系统。结果与结论:所建系统包括系统管理、绩效考核管理、交接班管理、不合理处方登记、用药错误监测、考核汇总6个模块,具有实用、高效等特点,既能充分保证系统的兼容性、可扩充性,又能提高管理工作的效率,提高员工的工作积极性。
Objective: To establish a hospital pharmacy performance appraisal system by using information technology to improve the management level and pharmacy service quality of the pharmacy department. Methods: The software adopts distributed embedded design. Based on the basic data processing and development platform, the modules are independently loaded into the development platform and are strongly coupled with each other to establish a highly scalable, stable and secure performance Assessment system. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The system consists of six modules: system management, performance appraisal management, handover management, unreasonable prescription registration, medication error monitoring and evaluation, which are practical and efficient. It not only fully guarantees system compatibility, Scalability, but also improve the efficiency of management and improve employee motivation.
