目的:研究白根独活抗菌有效部位的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱层析法和重结晶法对其进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从白根独活抗菌有效部位分离了7个化合物,即b isabolangelone(Ⅰ)、异欧前胡素(Ⅱ)、氧化前胡素(Ⅲ)、异氧化前胡素(Ⅳ)、水合氧化前胡内酯(Ⅴ)、佛手柑内酯(Ⅵ)、栓翅芹烯醇(Ⅶ)。结论:Bisabolangelone(Ⅰ)为首次从白根独活中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ~Ⅶ均为线性呋喃香豆素。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the active antibacterial part of the white root. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization method. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from the active antibacterial fraction of white root, namely b isabolangelone (I), isoimperatorin (II), oxidized anterior penotein (III), isooxo-hormone (IV), and before hydration and oxidation. Hurolactone (V), Bergamot lactone (VI), Potenteolenol (VII). Conclusion: Bisabolangelone (I) was isolated from white root for the first time. Compounds II-VII were linear furocoumarins.
