以冠状动脉造影作为对照,通过定量分析运动超声心动图(EE)节段室壁运动,与同一运动负荷试验的99mTc-MIBI心肌灌注显象(ECT)进行比较,对冠心病人27例(对照19例)的研究结果显示:两种方法的诊断符合率为81%,EE诊断准确性高于ECT(P<0.05),将两者联合进行诊断时虽敏感性稍低,但特异性提高。表明EE检出的室壁运动异常节段与同步ECT所示的心肌灌注异常范围及冠脉病变部位有较高的符合率,在ECT运动试验时同步进行超声负荷试验有辅助诊断价值。
Coronary angiography was used as a control. By quantitatively analyzing wall motion of segmental motorized echocardiography (EE) and comparing with 99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging (ECT) in the same exercise stress test, 27 patients with coronary heart disease 19 cases) showed that the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was 81%, and the accuracy of EE diagnosis was higher than that of ECT (P <0.05). Although the sensitivity of the two methods was lower but the specificity was higher. The results show that the abnormal wall segments detected by EE have a higher coincidence rate with the myocardial infarction area and the abnormal myocardial perfusion area indicated by synchronous ECT. Simultaneous ultrasound load test during ECT exercise test has the value of auxiliary diagnosis.
