运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对我国葡萄属(VitisL.)植物10个种进行了研究,结果表明:1.不同种间过氧化物酶同工酶谱有很大的差异;2.过氧化物酶同工酶有阶段性和相对稳定性,可作为分类的重要指标;3.对酶谱的表型进行的聚类分析表明,毛葡萄、复叶葡萄和刺葡萄是我国葡萄属植物中较为原始的种类;4.菱状叶葡萄的分类地位有待进一步确定。
Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, 10 species of Vitis L. in our country were studied. The results showed that: 1. Different species of peroxidase isozymes have very different; 2. Peroxidase isozyme stage and relative stability, can be used as an important indicator of classification; 3. The cluster analysis of the phenotype of the enzyme spectrum showed that the grapevine, the compound leafy grape and the thorny grape are the more primitive species of the genus Vitis in our country.4. Rhombic leaf grapes classification needs to be further identified.
