本文通过分析新生代农民工的现状,并以建筑业企业为例,提出了新的激励措施,帮助企业更好的管理新生代的农民工,最终实现企业的最大利益。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the new generation of migrant workers, and takes the construction enterprises as an example, puts forward new incentive measures to help enterprises to better manage the new generation of migrant workers and ultimately realize the best interests of the enterprise.
