这种塑料聚合体被称为PEDOT(为该物质的化学名称的简写)。
Recently, Princeton University and HP researchers jointly demonstrated a thin film of plastic and silicon compounds. Manufactured from commonly used plastic materials and a small amount of silicon, this compound can be used to make disposable memory cells that store several gigabytes of information, saving digital information in a cheap way. This plastic polymer is called PEDOT (abbreviation for the chemical name of the substance). PEDOT is a conductor at low voltage and becomes a semiconductor at higher voltage. Scientists add a fuse to the material, leaving the blown and non-blown wires permanently when a high voltage is applied to a specific area of the material
