员工和组织之间存在着心理契约,组织介绍、处事方式、企业文化等方面使员工的期望不能满足会造成员工心理契约违背。积极提出意见、开始抱怨、消极待毙、退出组织是员工心理契约违背的一般表征。提高认识、明确责任、客观公正区别对待建立申诉机制等方面的措施是预防心理契约违背的有效方法。
There is a psychological contract between employees and organizations. Organizational introductions, methods of handling, corporate culture, and other aspects that make employees’ expectations unsatisfactory will result in employee psychological contract violations. Positive comments, complaints, negative actions, and withdrawal from the organization are common characterizations of employee psychological contract violations. Raising awareness, clarifying responsibilities, objectively and impartially treating complaints, and establishing complaint mechanisms are effective ways to prevent psychological contract violations.
