目的探讨nm 23、cyclin E在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法构建乳腺癌组织芯片,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测96例乳腺癌患者癌组织中nm 23、cyclin E的表达。结果乳腺癌组织中nm 23、cyclinE的表达均与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、无病生存期密切相关(P均<0.05)。结论nm 23和cyclin E的表达与乳腺癌的生物学行为有关,同时检测nm 23和cyclin E可能对乳腺癌预后的判断及靶向治疗的选择提供更大帮助。
Objective To investigate the expression of nm23 and cyclin E in breast cancer and its significance. Methods The breast cancer tissue microarray was constructed and the expression of nm23 and cyclin E in 96 cases of breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expressions of nm23 and cyclinE in breast cancer tissues were closely related to histological grade, lymph node metastasis and disease-free survival (all P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of nm23 and cyclin E are correlated with the biological behavior of breast cancer. Detecting both nm23 and cyclin E may be helpful to the prognosis of breast cancer and the choice of targeted therapies.
