利用SEM、能谱仪等系统分析了DZ125合金返回料夹杂物的种类、分布。结果表明,在返回料表面夹杂物主要有HfO_2、Al_2O_3、SiO_2等氧化物和参杂在异常长大的MC上的碳氮硫混合夹杂物;在返回料内部夹杂物主要有Mg-Al-Si-Hf混合氧化夹杂和纯净的HfO_2夹杂等。结合合金的生产工艺和元素氧化自由能曲线,解释了返回料内外夹杂物的生成机制:表面夹杂物是合金与辅助材料SiO_2发生氧化反应产生,内部夹杂物主要有辅助材料掉落、氧化内生和原料遗留三种产生方式。
Using SEM, EDS and other systems to analyze the DZ125 alloy return material inclusions species, distribution.
